1. Overview
BeyondFans Creator Studio is a paid service. You pay for access either through a recurring subscription, the purchase of credit packs, or both. This Policy explains how billing works, when refunds are available, how to cancel, and what happens in the event of a chargeback or failed payment. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
Prices shown on the Service at the time of purchase are controlling. Prices are denominated in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated. Prices may differ between payment methods (for example, a crypto-payment discount may apply).
2. Subscription Plans
When a subscription plan is offered, the pricing, included credits, generation quotas, and benefits are shown at checkout and on your account dashboard. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle at the then-current price for that plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid period, except where required by applicable law.
3. Credit Packs
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Indicative pack lineup (may change; controlling values are those shown at checkout):
- Basic — $19.90 for 125 credits
- Pro — $39.90 for 315 credits
- VIP — $79.90 for 940 credits
- God — $149.90 for 2,200 credits
Cryptocurrency prices may differ from card prices; the controlling amount is the amount displayed at checkout for the selected payment method. Credits are delivered to your account upon confirmation of payment.
4. How Credits Work
Credits are a non-monetary, revocable, limited, non-exclusive license to consume Service features. Credits:
- have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
- are non-transferable between accounts;
- are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 6 or required by applicable law;
- expire upon termination of your account, whether by you or by us;
- may expire after twenty-four (24) consecutive months during which your account is inactive, on thirty (30) days' prior notice by email.
Consumption prices (credits per generation, per model, per resolution) are shown in the Service and may change; changes apply prospectively to new generations.
5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. We charge your designated payment method on or shortly before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder by email at least 7 days before annual renewal where required by applicable law.
To cancel auto-renewal, open your account settings and select "Cancel subscription", or email [email protected] at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
6. Refund Policy
General rule. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account or access to the subscription has been provided, except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.
European Economic Area & United Kingdom — waiver of the right of withdrawal. Where EU Directive 2011/83/EU or the equivalent UK rules would grant you a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, you expressly consent at checkout to immediate performance of the contract and expressly acknowledge that, upon consumption of any credit or use of any subscription benefit, your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive (and its UK equivalent) is lost as to the consumed portion. You retain the right of withdrawal for any subscription period or credits not yet consumed when you exercise the right within 14 days of purchase.
Billing errors. We issue full or partial refunds for duplicate charges, demonstrably incorrect charges, or charges resulting from a platform fault, provided you report them within 60 days.
Cryptocurrency payments. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable by nature. Where a refund would otherwise be due, we may, at our option, issue an equivalent amount of credits or an equivalent fiat-equivalent refund to an account you control, subject to exchange-rate variation borne by you. This limitation is disclosed at checkout.
Telegram Stars. Refunds for payments made with Telegram Stars are governed by Telegram's terms and are processed through Telegram where applicable.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with the transaction identifier and the reason.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first — we can usually resolve billing questions faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in:
- immediate suspension of your account pending investigation;
- a $25 administrative fee applied upon resolution of the chargeback, to cover processor and handling costs;
- permanent termination of your account if the chargeback is determined to have been initiated fraudulently or in bad faith;
- referral to collection and, where applicable, to law enforcement for fraud.
Fraudulent chargebacks are a serious violation of these Terms and of payment-network rules.
8. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change. We will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email before a price change applies to your next renewal. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the renewal date. Credit-pack prices may change at any time and take effect for purchases made after the change.
9. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry for up to seven (7) days. During this grace period, access to paid features may be reduced or suspended. If payment cannot be collected within 30 days, the subscription will be canceled and unused paid-tier benefits will end; purchased credits remain available subject to Section 4.
10. Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, prices shown do not include taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase, including any value-added tax, sales tax, or withholding tax that applies in your jurisdiction. Where we are required by law to collect taxes on your purchase, those taxes will be shown at checkout and charged in addition to the displayed price.
11. Fraud Prevention
To protect the Service and its users, we use automated and manual tools to detect fraud, stolen payment instruments, multi-accounting, account takeover, and abuse of promotions. Suspected fraud may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of credits obtained through the suspected transaction, reversal of payment, and reporting to the relevant payment network or law-enforcement authority.
