1. Scope

This Content & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all use of BeyondFans Creator Studio at pro.beyondfans.ai, including prompts, parameters, reference uploads, Outputs, messages, and any other conduct on or through the Service. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and into the AI Generation Terms.

Violations are assessed on the totality of the content and context. We may act on reasonable suspicion without a formal finding. We may use automated classifiers, human review, or both.

2. Absolutely Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)

Generating, uploading, transmitting, storing, requesting, or otherwise engaging with any of the following categories results in immediate, permanent termination without notice, forfeiture of unused credits, preservation of evidence for legal purposes, and referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other competent authorities where applicable:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts a minor (anyone under 18) in a sexual, suggestive, or nude context, including cartoons, drawings, AI-generated imagery, hentai, lolicon, shotacon, and textual role-play.
  • Age-ambiguous content. Characters or depictions whose adult status is not unambiguous. Default interpretation in the presence of any ambiguity is that the depiction is prohibited. "She's 18" disclaimers do not cure ambiguity.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"). Any content depicting identifiable real persons in a sexual or intimate context without verifiable consent.
  • Real-person likeness of any kind. Any content depicting, derived from, or referencing the likeness of a real, identifiable person — with or without their consent, and regardless of any release. This includes deepfakes, public figures, celebrities, family members, co-workers, classmates, partners, and yourself. BeyondFans Creator Studio generates fully synthetic, AI-created personas only; no real person may be depicted on the Service in any context.
  • Bestiality, zoophilia, necrophilia. Including sexual acts with or in the presence of any animal or pet, and sexual content involving non-human creatures of any kind (aliens, mythological creatures, monsters, tentacles). Animals and pets may not appear in content at all, in any context.
  • Incest, family role-play, or content depicting or implying sexual relations between relatives, including step-relations and adoptive relations presented in a family context.
  • Extreme violence, gore, torture, snuff. Sexualized violence including rape glorification, asphyxiation presented non-consensually, mutilation, dismemberment, or real-world execution imagery.
  • Content glorifying, inciting, or directing terrorism, mass violence, or self-harm; content dehumanizing a person or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
  • Illegal drug manufacturing or sale; firearms or weapons sales; human trafficking; sex-work solicitation; any content that provides operational instructions for those activities.
  • Malware, exploit code, or instructions to cause unauthorized access to computer systems.
  • Incapacitation and altered-state non-consent. Any sexual or suggestive depiction involving hypnosis, mind-control, brainwashing, drugged, sedated, intoxicated, chloroformed, sleeping, unconscious, or otherwise incapacitated persons. Consent cannot exist where capacity is removed; "consent framing" does not cure it.
  • Youth-coded aesthetics. "Teen", "schoolgirl", "student", "young", "petite", "loli", age-play, and similar youth-signalling elements — school uniforms, braces, pigtails, playground or classroom settings — in any sexual or suggestive context, regardless of any stated age.
  • Scat, coprophilia, defecation, enema play, and vomit. Sexual or suggestive content involving feces or bodily-waste play.
  • Breath play, asphyxiation, choking, strangulation, and bloodplay. Including menstrual blood and any sexualized bleeding, wounding, or restriction of breathing, consensual or otherwise.
  • Racially or ethnically dehumanizing sexual content. Sexual content that degrades, dehumanizes, or reinforces ethnic or racial stereotypes in an exploitative manner.
  • Alcohol and illegal substances. Depictions of alcoholic beverages (or beverages that could reasonably appear alcoholic), drugs, or drug paraphernalia, in any content.
  • Background or bystander persons. Content may depict only the AI model itself. Other people may not appear in generated content — including in the far distance or blurred — as they have not consented to appear in adult media.

Attempting or conspiring to generate any of the above is itself a violation. We will preserve records of such attempts for law-enforcement purposes.

3. AI-Generated Personas Only

BeyondFans Creator Studio is a closed, fully synthetic studio. Every persona on the Service is an AI-generated character; no real person may be depicted, referenced, or used as a likeness source — with or without consent. There is no release, licence, or authorization mechanism that permits real-person likeness on the Service: any content found to depict a real, identifiable person is treated as a violation of Section 2 and removed, and automated real-person detection runs on uploads and generations.

Ordinary consensual adult content — including consensual BDSM and impact play between clearly adult synthetic characters — is permitted under the general rules of this Policy, provided it does not involve any category listed in Section 2 (for example non-consent, incapacitation, breath play, bloodplay, minors, or youth-coded aesthetics).

4. AI-Specific Rules

  • No circumvention. You may not attempt to bypass safety classifiers, rate limits, or access controls, including via prompt injection, obfuscation, character substitution, multi-step jailbreaks, or chained prompts designed to elicit prohibited output. Jailbreak attempts are themselves a violation and may be logged for abuse prevention.
  • Reference rights. Any reference image, video, or description you upload must be either (a) your own original work, (b) licensed to you for this use, or (c) a public-domain work, and must not contain any identifiable real person (see Section 3). You may not upload copyrighted material owned by others or material produced through unlawful means.
  • No training without opt-in. We do not train models on Your Content without your explicit opt-in. Do not attempt to poison models through malicious inputs.
  • No extraction. You may not extract, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive model weights, system prompts, training data, or internal parameters.
  • No resale. You may not resell or redistribute access to the Service, or use it to operate a competing AI generation service.
  • Model changes. Available models and their behavior may change without notice. Outputs are not guaranteed to be reproducible across model versions.

5. Enforcement

Absolute violations (Section 2): immediate termination, forfeiture of credits and subscription time, preservation of evidence, and legal reporting where applicable.

Non-absolute violations (Sections 3–4): we operate a three-strike policy on a rolling 12-month window. Strikes may result in warnings, feature restrictions, rate-limit tightening, temporary suspension, and — at the third strike or sooner for serious violations — termination. Where practical, we give notice and an opportunity to cure.

Evidence. We retain an audit trail of enforcement actions, including the prompt or content that triggered the action, timestamps, and moderator notes, for at least three (3) years.

Appeal. You may appeal any enforcement action within 14 days by emailing [email protected] with your account email, the action taken, and the basis for appeal. We will respond within 14 business days. Our decision on appeal is final.

6. Report a Violation

To report a violation of this Policy — for example, content you believe depicts a minor, a non-consensual deepfake, or otherwise prohibited material — email [email protected] with as much detail as you can safely provide, including the URL or account identifier. Reports of CSAM or imminent harm are prioritized; we may also report directly to NCMEC or to law enforcement.

How we handle your report. Illegal content, and content created or shared without the consent of a person depicted in it, is removed within twenty-four (24) hours of a substantiated report. All other complaints are handled in a fair and consistent manner, and we aim to resolve them to the complainant's satisfaction wherever possible within five (5) days. Anyone may submit a report or complaint — whether you are a user, a creator, or a person depicted in content — using the contact above; you do not need an account to do so.

Copyright complaints follow the procedure in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
